Become a Vendor
Brenda Mossa Events has coordinated handcrafted artisan fairs across Solano County since 2008. We are always seeking quality artisans, artists, craftspeople, and pre-packaged-food vendors — it's the quality and caliber of our vendors that distinguishes our events.
Vendor Policies
Handcrafted-only vs. mixed-vendor shows. Most of our events are handcrafted-only, reserved for artisans creating their own products: the Rancho Solano Holiday Boutique, the Rancho Solano Spring Fling, and the Mother's Day Artisan Fair. The Jelly Belly Candy Palooza is our mixed-vendor event, welcoming handcrafted and quality commercial vendors, direct sales, pre-packaged food, local businesses, and non-profits.
Rancho Solano waitlist. Jewelry and soap/lotion/spa-product vendors who are NEW to the Rancho Solano shows (Holiday Boutique and Spring Fling) are placed on a waiting list — these categories are currently saturated at those venues.
Returning vendors. Preference is given to returning vendors at all of our shows — we are grateful for the support of the many vendors who return year after year.

Vendor Application
Vendor FAQ
How do I apply to become a vendor?
Fill out the application form above — tell us your craft category and which shows interest you. You can also apply by calling (707) 646-9006 or emailing Brenda@BrendaMossaEvents.com.
Is there a waitlist?
Only for certain categories at certain venues: jewelry and soap/lotion/spa vendors who are new to the Rancho Solano shows (Holiday Boutique and Spring Fling) are placed on a waiting list, as those categories are currently full there. All other categories and shows are open to new applicants.
What events can I vend at?
We coordinate four annual shows: the Jelly Belly Candy Palooza (September, mixed-vendor), the Rancho Solano Holiday Boutique (November), the Rancho Solano Spring Fling (April), and the Mother's Day Artisan Fair on the Suisun City Waterfront (May). All are handcrafted-only except the Candy Palooza.
How will I hear back?
Brenda personally reviews every application and replies by email or phone. Preference is given to returning vendors at all of our shows, so once you're in, we hope you'll come back year after year.
